How are the modules mounted?

The modules can be plugged on corners or edges between 2-4 mm thickness with a clamping strap.

There are various module widths?

No, the modules are all 50 mm wide. Greater distances can be bridged on the cable module.

How many modules can generally be operated in the system?

Please read this in our manual under "remarks"

Is it possible to expand R-IZO in a later point of time?

By the modular construction and licensing of the modules, this is possible at any time. What do I need for a basic equipment with R-IZO?

Per illuminated container a light module, each level a connection module, between the light modules you need bridge modules, a basic module, a scanner and a power supply and the programming card.

There is the possibility to install the modules unremovable?

There are different ways, but you lose the flexibility that offer the modules.

Is ist possible to install R-IZO upside down?

Yes, that is possible. The modules can also be installed with sensor from top to bottom.

 

What length should my construction group bar code have maximum? At the factory, the length of the bar code is limited to 30 characters. 
For special requirements you should contact us. What types of bar code can read the system / process? Generally, each type of bar code can be processed and read. 
(Popular bar code types are Code39, Code128) The system can read also 3D-Datamatrix barcodes? in principle yes, but this requires an adjustment, because otherwise, the volume of data is too large. Please talk to us about your request. Can a private or other bar code scanners used? Yes, other scanners can be used. Some factors must be maintained but the calibration. We give you more informations - please contact us. How many colors can be displayed and can I display different colors in one assembly mounting? The RGB led colours are recognizable by approx. 10-12, this can be set free for each handle, so even within assemblies. Can I program the system itself? In principle, this is the advantage of R-IZO! You can set up the system without support in self-sufficient operation. 
Our experience shows that often even without training or other support the institution succeed.
Are fancy leds displayed, if so how? 
No, directly there is no display of faulty or failed LEDs. 
Because however, it consists of three independent LEDs RGB LED, a difference if an 
LED can be perceived through the colour mix. (Feature: when you start the system, 
the RGB LED are shown at all led modules the three basic colors.) How to recognise a defective item? Are the other elements still in function if one is defective? The other elements are still functional. There are different failure reasons, most are obvious. Can also an error code be sent when a blunder? In principle, the blunder is dedectable and can be evaluated. 
Please talk to us about your specific challenges. How is it possible to see the last taken item? No detection is possible with basic sytem, with the x-pert versionthe last handle can be seen as a dimmed light. How can you monitor broader container? Please talk to us about your specific challenges. How is it possible to save the stored informations in the system? Currently this is not possible, but a development is triggered to do so. But, if a module fails, only this must be stored newly. What interfaces are available to connect to available? CAN USB for the basic version and one for the RS - 232 interface for x-pert a RS232 - interface Do you have a command catalog? R-IZO jobin helps to translate datas of your system XML output in "R-IZO language".
What are the advantages of an interface with it? 
Through the interface, bar codes can be passed to the system faster, 
databases can be raised now on the computer-side the system, scanning is eliminated. It is advertised that no IT costs are necessary. What does that mean? 
The establishment of the system can be made without IT knowledgeable staff 
and is very easy to use. Are there interferences of the readings of the sensor in the x-pert light modules in cause of different ambient lights? There may be interference with extreme light changes, but the sensor periodically readjusted. Do you have manuals and the bar codes in other languages? Currently, there is an English version of the manual.

is the display module for the containers to be handled.
R-IZO by light basic is the light module only for display, at R-IZO advanced with number display at R-IZO by light x-pert is a gripping monitoring sensor and integrated display with numbers in cube optic.

BRIDGE MODULE

 

is the connection between light module and light module

CONNECTION MODULE

 

supports the redirection of electricity and informations. It is attached at the end of each row of modules. It is also connected to the basic module.

CABLE MODULE

 

can be used at longer intervals instead of several bridge modules.

BASIC MODULE

 

is responsible for the care of the lighting modules with power, serves as a communication point between the different levels.

KONNIBOX

 

is used for the connection of external processes, such as security monitoring via sensors or integration of screws processes etc. Is coupled to the base module.
